Circle of Fire

A REFLECTIVE 3-PART SERIES FOR YOUR FACULTY & STAFF

"I believe the two greatest benefits we gained from the Circle of Fire meetings were a greater cohesiveness among the social workers and a much-needed opportunity for reflection, renewal and mutual support for the difficult work we face each day."
Kris Hora, School Social Worker - Crooked Lake Elementary

Helping educators rekindle the fire within

Poet William Butler Yeats wrote, "Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire." Critical to lighting the fire for students is sustaining your passion for teaching and working with youth. What if you and your colleagues could spend time in vibrant, honest dialogue? What if you could harvest the wisdom within you? The Youth Frontiers Circle of Fire Program gives you the chance to do just that.

The Circle of Fire Program is not about the techniques of teaching; it is about the soul of teaching. Open to teachers and staff, Circle of Fire gives you an opportunity to exchange new ideas and connect with colleagues who share your passion for educating youth.

One participant wrote:

"Circle of Fire helped me become more energized to put my heart into my career."
