HAVE FUN WHILE POSITIVELY IMPACTING THE LIVES OF STUDENTS AND EDUCATORS

"I've never worked at a place before where one of the requirements of my job is to have fun. If I'm not having fun playing a game, singing a song, or giving my talk, the kids will notice and the impact of the retreat will suffer.
Andy Zimney, Youth Frontiers Program Staff

Our Core Principles:

Quality

To be the best at, and continuously improve, what we do

Caring

To create communities where all people are respected

Growth

To continue to reach more students and educators by expanding and innovating our programs, and challenge our people to be the best they can be.

When it comes to teaching values, long-winded speeches in a lecture hall just don't cut it anymore. That's why Youth Frontiers brings together enthusiastic, committed teams of adults who lead students and educators through an action-packed day of activities that make a real difference.

If this sounds like the kind of work you’d like to engage in or support, click any of the links on the sidebar to learn more about ways you can contribute to what we do at Youth Frontiers.

From September to June, Youth Frontiers leads retreats for students and educators across the country. On any given day, over 1,000 students and educators have the opportunity to change the way they see themselves, relate to others, and contribute to the climate of their community.
