Youth Frontiers' original Honor educator program, the Honor Retreat engages staff in activities that build community and transform them into a cohesive team focused in a common direction. This retreat helps staff affirm and acknowledge the contributions of their colleagues.

What the Honor Retreat will do for your staff:

  • Set a positive tone and increase staff cohesiveness
  • Create a focused team rededicated to their critical work with students
