Youth Frontiers' original Honor educator program, the Honor Retreat engages staff in activities that build community and transform them into a cohesive team focused in a common direction. This retreat helps staff affirm and acknowledge the contributions of their colleagues.

Every Youth Frontiers retreat includes a dynamic mix of activities, designed to have the greatest possible impact on participants. • Presentation: topic-based talk on the theme of the day

• Closing: participants identify and share ways they can honor each other more
