HELP US IMPROVE SCHOOL CLIMATE IN OUR COMMUNITIES

Your support is critical in underwriting the costs of retreats and helping us further respond to the growing needs of the schools we serve. Together we have the opportunity to improve school climate and strengthen student character.

Currently, Youth Frontiers covers one-third of the cost of each retreat. Because schools pay for the remaining two-thirds, school budget cuts are a critical funding challenge we face. The cost of a retreat competes with daily curriculum, expanded testing requirements, and school operational expenses. To keep retreats affordable for schools, Youth Frontiers works hard to seek financial support from generous donors like you.

During the 2006-2007 school year, Youth Frontiers worked with almost 90,000 students and educators throughout the nation. Our goal this year is to reach 95,000 students and educators through 670 retreats. To do that, we need to raise $700,000.

The Youth Frontiers Springboards

Join us in springboarding our vision to have even greater reach and depth.

• To grow from 1/3 to 2/3 market share of schools in Minnesota.
• To have a presence in 20 cities by 2020.

In an effort to reach a greater number of schools and make an exponential impact, we will focus on three areas in the next three years:

1. Expertise: We will grow our credibility and expertise by continued program evaluation, brand awareness, and expanded content.
2. Excellence: We will ensure quality and excellence as we grow by honing our staffing and training models, and our quality control systems.
3. Expansion: We will increase our reach throughout the state and nation by identifying best practices and creating consistent templates for growth.
