How we're realizing our vision:
- By delivering programs that improve school climate and strengthen student character.
- By teaching students how to incorporate the timeless values of kindness, courage, respect, leadership, and wisdom into their daily lives.
- By reaching more students and educators each year, from fewer than 1,000 students in 1987 to almost 90,000 in fourteen states today.
- By honoring educators as central figures in our communities.
 And it's working:
- Nearly 9 out of 10 schools rebook retreats for the following year, despite funding challenges.
- According to data gathered through an independent study, 90% of students rate their Youth Frontiers Kindness Retreat as "Excellent" or "Very Good."
- And, two months after their retreat, nearly three-fourths of participants reported being more respectful of others since the retreat.
