About Youth Frontiers

Our Mission: Provide schools with experiences that inspire character, civility and community.

Our Vision: Our next generation of leaders is grounded in character.

On our student retreats, we help teach young people to interact with others respectfully and responsibly and find the courage to stand up for what is right. Through our educator programs and our community experiences, we support the adults who are fostering the character development of our next generation of leaders every day. With the partnership of these education, business and civic leaders, we inspire kids to live with character and to build a better world. In our 33 years, we have reached more than 2 million young people and adults with our powerful experiences.

This school year, Youth Frontiers was on track to deliver character and leadership development programs for an estimated 130,000 elementary, middle and high school students, educators, parents and community members. Then, the coronavirus spread, putting our in-person experiences on pause. In spite of these difficulties, Youth Frontiers’ mission is strong. We have engaged our talented employees to innovate new ways to deliver timeless messages of character to students, educators and the community alike. Thank you for your support during this critical innovation period and beyond!
