We seek to retain donor-related information only as needed to fulfill the purposes described in our privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulations. For example, tax laws in the United States and the state of Minnesota may require Youth Frontiers to keep contact information and contribution levels of donors on file. When we dispose of any physical information, it is removed and shredded by an AAA NAID certified vendor who provides a Certificate of Destruction.
